ok I can’t get over how Tucker’s boss reminds me of Ra’s Al-Ghul, which is wonderful for me because I loved Ra’s character in the batman comics

nah I wouldn’t say Vageta, because vageta’s hair gouse back and up whereas this only goes back, similar to Ra’s or Phoenix Wright’s.

I would’ve said it had more in common with a duck, but that’s me.

Do they not really recall how utterly magic the attack on them was? “No no that tree had always been there in the middle of the office wrapped around my body, pay it no mind. Yes I know this is the 23rd story. Yes it was an office plant”

I wondered about the same thing. There was the detachment of Gary’s head, which I didn’t think could be real. Still, real or hallucination, it seemed to be a hallucination that they all shared. Maybe they’ve now decided that it was a dangerously contagious form of hallucination, and therefore James needed to be quarantined.

“The problem with humans is that even when presented with the entirely certainly real, if it doesn’t fit in with everything they’ve known up to that point they have a tendency to balk instead of break. They stubbornly stand there and say, ‘No, no, no. This isn’t possible. I’m going to lie about this whole incident until even I believe it. Because it didn’t happen.'” – Why Human’s Sweat

Find out exactly what was real, and what wasn’t? I doubt it. It’s too big a question to be resolved on one page, and I doubt that anyone present even knows, except maybe James, who is not exactly in a position to tell.

Somehow, I was reminded of the end of Robocop. Technically, are the two words “You’re fired” really enough to fire a person? In Robocop, they were. Here, they’re not. 🙂

P.S. I’m reminded that since “you’re” is a contraction of “you are”, the phrase “you’re fired” is technically three words, not two. Pedantic? Me? Naah.

But “you’re” is a contraction, so it’s effectively one word. Let’s call the result 2\Two-and-a-half words.
