So basically, Robin/James/Charlie Brown, you are the one to blame for the “Trigger Puller”

Yep…but his faerie pride still doesn’t like that someone took over his position…even though he basically put the ad in the paper for it..um..so to speak.

That is very accurate of an explanation for most faerie’s personalities, based on what I’ve read about them~

Probably one of the most organised and well thought out things the original Puck ever did with pure intentions for order and structure.

Agreed. In my upcoming book “The Origins of Goat” you get to see that happen…and why. Should be available here by the end of the month.

Lady Goat looks so delicate here. Her emotions are in turmoil, her thoughts in a whirlwind.

It’s tough for Pucks (and fae in general) to deal with emotion. They are better suited for bliss.

Well, it might be easier for Goat. She’s already known more volatile and unhappy emotions. Loneliness, scorn from others, depression, love, lost love.

True but she did lose her only friend

And the sole positive reflection of her sense of self worth

Well she did manage to pull the trigger…she’s gotta see some value there. But no, you’re right she does still feel worthless.

If it is a gun of truth, does that mean that the trigger puller had to be strong enough to survive the experience of having their own self delusions stripped away. One would assume that she came out stronger for having the experience because of her low self esteem and the hordes of glamour fiends pointing out her every flaw and presumed flaw. She is a genuinely good person after all and those qualities tend to outweigh the evils placed on us by the expectations of others. She wants someone to see the good in her but her doubt kept her from seeing it herself. . . What am I saying? This is a fictional character.

@Random Guy: Yes, but, an extremely well-written fictional character, as evidenced by how closely you’ve followed her journey of self-discovery thus far, and by how much you seem to feel compassion for Goat as she is growing. Perhaps there could come a point where we should allow the blurring of the lines delineating fact and fiction enough for us to admit that we can care for a Faery princess who could not exist in any empirical sense of the term?

I’ll say, “You know those people who are secretly watching you? Yeah. They said hi.” 🙂
